Boom original Snow cone syrup is made from 100% cane sugar. What makes our syrup unique is the intense flavour formulated. By using liquid flavours u get closer to the original fruit flavours than using dry powder flavours. Although liquids are more difficult to handle it is worth the fuss to get that vivid flavour.
Why use our snow cone syrups?
You want a syrup that is thick enough so that it does not fall through the ice to the bottom. The syrup must sit on the top and slowly migrate to the bottom as you eat the snow cone.
A common problem with Snow cone syrups is the sweetness in relation to the viscosity of the syrup.
If the syrup is thick enough it is too sweet when poured over the ice. But if you dilute it to get the perfect sweetness it loses its syrup consistency and is like water. This causes the syrup to drop to the bottom
Boom Snow Cone syrups are formulated with a thickening agent so that the syrup sticks to the top but is not too sweet when mixing with the ice.
