Miss Molly Petit Ros is produced entirely from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown in my beautiful Home Town of Franschhoek.
It spends 9 months bottle-fermenting, on the lees, resulting in its fine bubble and delicious fruit-forwardness.
I know I am not meant to have a favourite. but if I did, and I am not saying I do, this would be it.
