Ingredients:

100% Organic Brown Lentils

Directions for use:

1. No need to soak lentils - simply place 1 part lentils with 2 parts water and bring to a boil.

2. Reduce heat and gently simmer without the lid for 15 - 20 minutes or until lentils are tender.

Note: After opening, store in a cool, dry place.

Tip: For a delightful twist, try curried lentils with your favourite curry spice, yoghurt and cucumber. Lentil lasagne is also to-die-for!
