This multifunctional set allows the flexibility for you to train as you need.
The 4m long rubber cord stretches, which is great for resistance build-up.
When just using the chord it is also recommended to fold the chord in half to increase resistance and remain in your pool as the chord is quite stretchy. Do this by threading the cord through the belt and clipping each end of the chord to two anchor points a bit away from each other, creating a V shape to your body which will be the point of the V. This will allow you to kick freely without the chord in the way of your feet. In a gym or training pool, you would connect the clips to the lane ropes on either side of you.
The waist strap can accommodate a 40-inch waist size.
Do not leave it out in the sun a the rubber chord will lose strength over time.
